A Primary Care Doctor Available When You Actually Need One

Ongoing primary care and acute visits by telehealth — evenings, weekends, and holidays — for Ohio residents who need a real physician on their schedule.

Finding a primary care doctor in Ohio who is accepting new patients is hard enough. Finding one available after 5pm is nearly impossible. For millions of Ohioans — people who work during the day, people without reliable transportation, people in communities where the nearest clinic is 40 minutes away — the default option when something goes wrong has become the emergency room.

It doesn't have to be that way.

Dr. Joseph Cataline is a board-certified internal medicine physician accepting new primary care patients across Ohio by telehealth. Whether you need a doctor to manage your ongoing health long-term, or you just need someone to see you tonight because your regular doctor's office is closed, Convenient Care Solutions is built for exactly that.

Two Ways We Can Help

As Your Primary Care Physician If you don't currently have a doctor — or your current doctor isn't meeting your needs — Dr. Cataline can serve as your ongoing primary care physician. That means annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, medication reviews, referrals to specialists, and a real relationship with a physician who knows your history. All by telehealth, on your schedule.

For Acute and Urgent Issues If you have a PCP but they're not available after hours, we're here for those moments — a sinus infection at 7pm, a rash that appeared over the weekend, a UTI you can't wait until Monday to address. We handle the acute issue and send a full visit summary to your regular doctor by the next business morning so your care stays coordinated.

Conditions We Commonly Treat

  • Upper respiratory infections, sinusitis, and bronchitis

  • Urinary tract infections

  • Skin rashes, hives, and minor skin concerns

  • Flu and COVID-19 symptoms

  • Ear pain and infections

  • Allergies and seasonal symptoms

  • Hypertension and diabetes monitoring and medication management

  • High cholesterol and thyroid management

  • Anxiety, depression, and stress-related symptoms

  • Preventive care, wellness visits, and lab review

  • Medication refills and prescription management

  • Post-discharge follow-up after a hospital or ER visit

Ongoing Care Between Visits

For patients who want more than just episodic visits, we also offer Remote Patient Monitoring — home devices that track your blood pressure, heart rate, weight, and oxygen levels daily and send the readings directly to our care team. If something looks off, we reach out before it becomes a crisis. It is the closest thing to having a physician keeping an eye on you every day without living in a hospital.

This service is available for patients managing hypertension, heart failure, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. Ask us about it when you call.

Home Visits - Available for Select Patients

For patients in Northeast Ohio who are homebound, have significant mobility limitations, or are recovering from a recent hospitalization, Dr. Cataline offers home visits on a select basis. If you or a family member needs medical care at home and cannot easily access a clinic or navigate a telehealth visit, call us to discuss whether a home visit is appropriate for your situation.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

  1. Call or text us to schedule — we'll ask a few brief questions to understand what you need

  2. At your appointment time Dr. Cataline will connect with you by video — no app download required in most cases

  3. He'll review your health history, current medications, and the reason for your visit

  4. Together you'll discuss a plan — whether that's a prescription, a referral, lab work, or ongoing monitoring

  5. If labs are needed we'll direct you to a convenient location or coordinate a home draw where available

  6. A visit summary goes to your existing PCP if you have one — keeping your care connected

Why Patients Choose Us Over Urgent Care or the ER

Urgent care centers have limited hours, long waits, and often no continuity — you see whoever is working that day. Emergency rooms are for emergencies, and using them for a sinus infection or a medication question costs everyone time and money.

Convenient Care Solutions gives you something different — a board-certified physician who knows your name, your history, and your health goals, available at the times you actually need care. For patients who want a real doctor rather than a revolving door, that difference matters.

Insurance We Accept

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CareSource, Buckeye Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, Anthem BCBS, Cigna and Medical Mutual, and Molina (coming soon). Cash pay accepted — call for pricing.
